Client: Natural Partners (Now Fullscript)

What I Did:

Natural Partners had a strong heart but weak direction—a 20-year-old supplement distributor, filled with good intentions, but lacked focus. The healthcare industry and the company had evolved from analog to online, but the brand hadn’t kept up.

The Mess:

They were stuck in a hippie haze — too many stakeholders with competing opinions, and a convoluted “world wellness” vibe that lost everyone but the founders.

My Fix:

Listened a lot, cut to the chase, and aligned the chaos into a sharp, provider-first identity. Messaging that’s warm, legit, and lands—trust and efficiency over flower power.

The Win:

  • Carved a clear lane in the functional medicine jungle.

  • Providers & their patients bought in — credible partner, in their language.

  • Set the stage for wellness that works.
